Au-Naturel is owned and run by Lisa Gleadhill M.A.R. ITEC CThA. Lisa qualified as a Reflexologist with highly renowned Jan Williamson at The School of Precision Reflexology in 2006, and has just completed an Aromatherapy course at Cornwall College in Saltash, where she also picked up the 'Complementary Therapy Student of the Year' Award for 2010/2011.
Lisa first became interested in Reflexology after her first treatment back in 1992, and decided to train to be a reflexologist after giving up her job as an accountant to look after her first child. Since then she has set up Au-Naturel to provide enjoyable and beneficial therapies in a professional and tranquil environment.

Lisa is full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) with whom she is fully insured, and is committed to the AOR's policy on Continued Professional Development, and regularly attends seminars and courses, she has completed courses in

Lisa is a also member of Maternity Reflexology South West (of which she is treasurer, and an active member of The Federation Precision Reflexologists and Chairperson of  'Cappuccino Chicks' (previously Women Do Business - West Devon) a networking group that promotes and helps business women in the West Devon area, for which she picked up the runner up award for 'Most Inspirational  Host Group' at this years awards ceremony.
She organised Tavistock's first ever Mother, Baby & Toddler fayre in 2010, which was a great success, and is planning 2012's.

She lives with her partner Graeme, their children in Tavistock, with their dog Bess and the chickens!
